One last push

We luckily managed to fix the problem of our PCB not being recognized by the STLink; turns out one of the programming pins wasn't being powered properly, so after A LOT of debugging, we're finally able to load code!

From here on out we'll be porting what we've written for the Nucleos to the PCB itself and fine-tuning the results. Symposium is less than a week out; we'll see everyone there!
